  • Meet me at your favorite grocery store(s) and I will show you how to shop for healthy choices on a budget. I will ask you to provide a sample grocery list ahead of time and will go over adjustments you could make, ways to save money, and provide nutrition education. I will also show you ways to decipher between options by reading nutrient labels and showing you what to lookout for! I will provide handouts that you can use to further your knowledge and expand your options in the grocery store!
